② Ribbon wrinkling: due to problems with the tension control system during cutting, there will be no words printed on a small area of the ribbon. Because the melting temperature of the double-layer barcode ribbon far exceeds the temperature of one layer.

③Blank pages with barcode carbon tape: Because the light film is not processed well, there will be blank pages that exceed the output.

④ The dimensional tolerance of the inner diameter of the paper core is too large or too small: it will not fit into the copier or the shaft cannot be loaded with the barcode ribbon.

⑤The temperature is too high during transportation, which will cause the barcode ribbon to stick together.

⑥Whether the paper core runs off the edge: it will cause the ribbon, and the edge cannot be printed.
