3. The setting of the barcode label paper is different from the actual size. In the "Paper" tab of the "Page Setup" of the software that edits the barcode label paper, reset it. It is recommended to use a ruler to measure the actual height of the barcode label paper before printing, and then set the label correctly.

4. The paper sensor is dirty, clean the paper sensor with absolute alcohol, and turn off the power of the printer before cleaning. Re-operate "paper detection", press and hold the FEED button for 3 seconds in the standby mode, the 3 LED indicators will flash at the same time.

5. The gap between the barcode label paper is not standardized. When some label paper is processed, the size or interval of the produced label paper will be different due to the machine or the mold, so that the barcode printer cannot sense the label paper. size.

6. The bottom paper of the barcode label is too hot or the label paper is irregular. If the bottom paper is too thick or the label paper is irregular, the printer will not be able to sense the paper size.
